17 Chapters is a book club I started in February 2010 in the hopes of having a legitimate excuse to delve into a new book every month and then share it with some of my favorite women.
2010 took us on adventures to World Wars I and II, war torn Russia and a mother's desperation, the cold mountains of Colorado and a terrifying hope for survival, into African countries where many injustices prevail but are met with brave children, to England twice (once with a sleuthing teenager and another with a woman trying to protect her most beloved) and Australia once, delving into that strange but wonderful relationship that sisters have on a farm, and finally to a young boy with a special gift straight from the good Book and his mom's struggles in figuring out the right path that will lead them to redemption.
